Market Review for the month of April

A market review for the month of April for the Cripple Creek- Victor area. In the month of April we saw a downward trend in single-family residences listed and sold however the sold prices have rose 54.6% from last year. In the townhome and condominium market there has been little change for the month of April. Another positive sign for the month of April was the days on the market have decreased by 58.4% from last year with the average being 52 days on the market.

The month of May is looking like another good month for sellers to get their full asking price. Many people are coming to the area looking for second homes and parcels to build their dream home on.
