Power of a smile

Power of a smile

Some days I have to stop and think. Today is one of those days, I have been feeling a little down, trampled by other people lately mostly arising from a current transaction. Not throwing a pity me party but it was starting to wear on me. So, I decided today that any issues where I feel like I am the brunt of others angry outburst for things that are out of my control I am going to smile. Smiling carries in your voice over the phone and in general conversation. Even if you are aggravated to no end you can smile and that smile carries over to the other party. This can be good to keep the other party at ease and make them feel better as well. I might sigh when I hang up the phone and no one is around but I am going to try my best today to smile! For what is going to happen is going to happen.

Think about keeping your counter tops clear of all items, including photos, papers and even appliances, to make it seem like the room is larger than it truly is. Brighten the walls. Sellers should consider making the tone of the wall color in the kitchen brighter. Lighter colors tend to open up a room. They are also much more inviting, enticing potential buyers.
