Friday before Memorial Day.

The little town of Victor is gearing up for the start of summer. We actually had rain last night! Mother nature is starting to catch up to the calendar. The forecast is looking like two weeks of afternoon storms. Which is great except when cattle refuse to be done by noon.

This weekend is going to be filled with BBQ’s and friends. I am excited to see more people in my little home town. The City is looking good (if I say so myself). Victor is having a city-wide garage sale this weekend, a great chance to come explore the city.

My weekend is starting off with a fuel emergency. Heavy equipment is such a pain some days. Then finishing the coral so the cattle have a drop of area.

We handle residential, land and ranch properties, along with commercial properties. Ruthie is a 5th generation native to Victor 3rd generation cattle rancher and 2nd generation real estate broker. In 2018 Ruthie earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designations. in 2019 she achieved her Committed to Excellence certificate from the National Association of Realtors and the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certificate from the National Association of Realtors. We are active in our community through non-profits and other organizations. Reed and Ruthie the father daughter team also run cattle around Victor. Ruthie is active in her local Elks lodge and enjoys spending time with her family out on the ranch.
