June Events in Cripple Creek and Victor

It’s summer and the activities in the Cripple Creek Victor District are gearing up!

The Butte Theater in Cripple Creek is gearing up for another round of great shows. Starting with the Cripple Creek Ragtime Review which runs June 2^nd through July 28^th. After Dark A classic Melodrama and Olio runs June 23^rd through August 24^th. Annie, Get Your Gun runs June 30^th through August 26^th. I for one am looking forward to another great year of shows!

The fifth Top of the World Rodeo kicks off June 9^th with the Championship Belgium Draft Horse team at the Bronco Billy’s Parking lot. The 10^th will start with a pancake breakfast at the Fire station from 7-11 am. The parade will be start at 11 and mutton busting kicks off the rodeo at 12:30. At 6 there will be a street dance and beer garden. The 11^th pancake breakfast from 7-11 at the Fire station, Noon mutton busting with Rodeo Performance at 1.

The 21^st Annual Once Upon a Time in the West Art Show will be held June 23^rd through July 5^th at the Cripple Creek Heritage Center.

Donkey Derby Days is June 23^rd through June 25^th. Come join Cripple Creek in celebrating their mining heritage and the Donkeys that helped make it all possible!

If you are considering buying or selling a home in Cripple Creek or Victor area having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must. If you are interested in how much current inventory is on the market in the CC-V area you can find that information by clicking on the link. Low inventory will suggest that homes are selling quicker as buyers have little to choose from. Currently in this area, homes have a median time of 61 days on the market before they sell. Sellers should make sure to price their home near the market value if they expect to get an offer from one of those interested buyers...

In 2018 Ruthie earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designations. in 2019 she achieved her Committed to Excellence certificate from the National Association of Realtors and the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certificate from the National Association of Realtors. We are active in our community through non-profits and other organizations. Reed and Ruthie the father daughter team also run cattle around Victor. Ruthie is active in her local Elks lodge and enjoys spending time with her family out on the ranch.
