Fall and Winter Events in Southern Teller County

Colder weather is here but there is still plenty to do! Check out some of the events happening in Cripple Creek and Victor from plays that are all Olio, to community Thanksgiving Dinners, Lighting of the mine head frames to Ice skating and hockey games. We handle residential, land and ranch properties, along with commercial properties. Ruthie is a 5th generation native to Victor 3rd generation cattle rancher and 2nd generation real estate broker. In 2018 Ruthie earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designations. in 2019 she achieved her Committed to Excellence certificate from the National Association of Realtors and the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certificate from the National Association of Realtors. We are active in our community through non-profits and other organizations. Reed and Ruthie the father daughter team also run cattle around Victor. Ruthie is active in her local Elks lodge and enjoys spending time with her family out on the ranch.
